Frequently Asked Questions

It’s happened to us, we get it.  When a project gets away from you, for whatever reason, and you can’t get the work done during the time you scheduled, we’ll do our best to work with you on a solution that doesn’t interfere with other customers’ appointments.

This could be as simple as extending your appointment time if the bay is available, but that may not be the case.  So, alternatives could include moving the vehicle to the parking lot until a service bay opens up or making arrangements for the vehicle to be moved to a full-service shop if the situation dictates.

There will be many different situations, so we’ll deal with each as it arises.

Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.  If it’s more than 48 hours in advance, then we’re glad to re-schedule your appointment for a different time.

Chili is super friendly and would love a scratch behind the ears.  He’s a master mechanic and can help you with your job if you speak feline.

Our business is designed for short-term work that you’d normally either have to tackle on the driveway or take to a local full-service mechanic shop to have done.  But we’re also happy to work with you on a plan for a project that may take several weeks or more to complete.

Yes, all of our bays can handle full size pickup trucks.  If your rig is of an XXL variety – extra tall, extra wide, extra long, or all three – please give us a call before scheduling your bay use so that we can be sure what we have is going to fit what you have.

While our customer bays are equipped with 10K lb lifts, we do have a 12K lb lift with larger width and height clearance that we can make available on a case by case basis.

We’re not a full service mechanic shop and don’t have a certified mechanic on staff.  But we know some things and know some people who know more things. If you get stuck on your project, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.  And we’re friendly with a few towing companies if it gets to that point.

Talk to us in advance about this so that we understand the situation and are prepared.  We’ll want to ensure we have a plan to safely, and quickly, get the vehicle into one of our bays so the necessary work can be performed.

We will try to accommodate a vehicle remaining on-site for a short period (i.e. a day or two).  Our parking lot serves multiple businesses, so other arrangements will have to be made if the vehicle needs to be parked for a longer period of time.

Yes, you can bring a few helping hands.  We do ask that you keep the group size to four or less and need everyone who will be in the bay to check in and complete a few required forms.

Absolutely – in fact, each of our bays has a bluetooth speaker for you to use!  Our bays aren’t soundproof, so just be respectful with the volume and content while you’re jamming and wrenching.

No.  Our bays and ventilation system aren’t set up to handle painting.

Each bay has a roughneck oil tank for used oil disposal.  You drain your oil right from the vehicle into the tank, and we empty the tanks on a regular basis.  Clean up your own drips and spills, but that’s all there is to it.

Yes.  Side by sides, lawn mowers, dirt bikes, and 4-wheelers are all welcome.  If your side by side is an extra large, heavily modified machine, then give us a call first to be sure that our equipment is going to work for your particular machine and job.

Yes, we’d love to have you work on your motorcycle at Revvelation Motors.  If you’ll need specialty stands or lifting equipment for your bike, give us a call in advance so we can understand your needs and make sure we have a way to meet them.

  • Painting
  • Commercial Vehicle / Equipment Service – our service bays are setup for typical passenger cars, trucks, and some utility vehicles.  At this time, we can’t accommodate most commercial/industrial equipment.  If you have questions on a particular vehicle, just give us a call and we can talk through your needs.
